Welcome, Introductions, Meeting Details
President, Ben Opperman welcomed everyone to the October 10th, 2023 PTO Meeting.
Ben Opperman called the October 2023 OSE PTO meeting to order at 7:01 PM.

o Dublin City Schools Elementary Fall Harvest Celebration
Costumes are welcome, not required, on Friday, October 27.
Students should arrive to school in costume.
Please consider the following with costume selection:
Comfortable and allows for movement throughout the day
No blood, weapons, masks, or scary items
School-appropriate themes a.k.a “Rated G”...we have five
year-olds in our learning community
Harvest Parties are scheduled from 2:50 - 3:30 on Friday,
October 27.
Volunteers may arrive early and organize supplies in the
commons
Staff will be available to assist volunteers
There will not be a costume parade.

Spirit Wear - Paid invoice totaling $2408.00
Kroger Rewards - Deposit totaling $2.53
Mums Sale - Deposits totaling $4,665.50 minus receipts of $698.55 for prizes. Total Profit $4,213.95
School Store - Deposit totaling $159.00
Grant Request:
2 Soccer Goals with Nets - We approved another grant for 2 more. They have arrived and are set up.
