- Spirit Wear has been deposited but have not paid the invoice yet so it will be going down some.
- Rewards given from Krogers for $439.30
- Amazon Smiles' last deposit was $42.46, the program has been discontinued.
- Paid for 5th grade shirts - so you will see that reflected in class funds.
- Cub Scouts - no receipts have been submitted yet.

- New Motion to change the tumbler grant to a sweatpants grant
- Ashley Oliver made a motion to repurpose the tumbler grant to sweatpants grant for $400
- Motion 2nd by Daniela Gilliam
- Motion approved no objections or abstentions
- Mark Stafford brought forth a proposal for a grant to redesign the commons area
- Proposal is to add flags displaying the diversity present in the OSE building. Celebration of Olde Sawmill school.
- Proposal is also to add a big map that evolves is student and teacher driven. Many different options for the space
- Amount Requested is $1000
- Daniela Gilliam made a motion to approve

- Discussed what options are available for the event, and ideas along with potential dates.

- Received 4 orders for tumblers, for this reason proposal for repurposing grant was made to cover sweatpants expense.
