Call Meeting to Order 7:03 – Katie Ayers
Welcome, Introductions
Approval of Minutes - Approved
Principal’s Report – Nick Bertrams
PTO Grant Update & Thank you!
Smoker grill has been put to use!
Friendsgiving turkey, smoked 2 turkeys for PD day. 11/4
Staff Snack, Mr. Byers made smoked crab Rangoon dip to share with staff 11/7
SPED Cooking Group making smoked quesadillas this Friday 11/14
Seat Cushions
Used everyday!
Poster Maker
Muffins and Math posters have been created
Educational Anchor Charts to go along with MyView
Thankful Bulletin Board
Nurses created poster, and also one for Davis
Principals Donation Budget Line Item
Mrs. Hanks and Mrs. Barley are going to make guidelines for donations, used for basic needs.
President’s Report –
Friendship guides went out, brainstorming ideas of how to include parents who want to be included but English is not first language.

Family Game Night –March 6th 6:30-8, need a volunteer to lead game night, have one volunteer, but need another.

New Business – Received email from Depp PTO about participating in a district wide food drive. Everyone thinks this is a good idea to participate in. Have a volunteer who is ready to put a flyer together, each grade focuses on a specific item to be donated. District might have big boxes we can use, and they can be placed in front hallways. Will run Monday 17th through Dec. 12th.
