Celebration of Clovers

The OSE Classrooms, gymnasium and commons will be transformed for the Celebration of Clovers!

This Carnival style yearly fundraising event raises money for enhancing our studetns education experience at OSE allowing the OSE PTO the opportunity to provide curriculum enrichment opportunities such as COSI on Wheels, math and language arts programs, author and artist visists, as well as other important activities for our great students.

All Students Participate

The event will take place from 1:30 - 3:15pm.
Students 1st-5th grade are free to roam room to room.

Clover Passports - $5 per child
Passports can be purchased for siblings as well.

KINDERGARTEN
​STUDENTS

Volunteers needed to be special Kindergarten "Buddies" for all kindergarten students.
Volunteer Here!
Morning Kindergarten students are invited back to participate and must be accompanied by an adult during the event.  Parents are responsible for transportation to and from the event.

Raffle Information

There will be several raffles taking place throughout the afternoon.

 All raffle ticket information will be sent home the WEEK BEFORE with a brochure listing all of the items available for the raffle.

Tickets and money can be sent ot school with your child or you are welcome to stop by during lunch time the week of March, 20th to view the raffle items and purchase tickets.

WINNERS will be announced throughout the event on Friday, March 24th.
Grade Level Baskets
Put together with donations from parents of each grade.  You will be receiving information about your grade level basket from your Grade Level Coordinator regarding what type of items to donate and when donations need to be received.

Kindergarten:  Families on the Go
1st Grade:  Chocolate Lovers
2nd Grade:  Charge it!

3rd Grade:  Family Night
4th Grade:  Arts & Crafts
5th Grade:  Davis Irish

​The PTO Raffle
Will include items such as tickets to sporting events, passes for outdoor activities, a chance for one lucky student from each grade and a friend to be whisked away in a LIMOUSINE after school to get PIZZA as well as a number of other fun items.

For this to be successful, we ask that families send in desserts such as...

Cakes
Brownies
Cupcakes
Cookies

We ask that desserts are small so they are easily transported home.  More information will be coming home to sign up to send desserts.

How Can YOU Help?

This event requires many volunteers to make certain it is a fun filled afternoon for our students!  You can help by providing donations for your Grade Level Baskets or the PTO Raffle, asking businesses to donate, volunteering to donate desserts, as well as volunteering your time the day of the event.
