Principal’s Report - Mrs. Barley - Principal
President’s Report
  • 2022-2023 Officer Position Openings
    • Ashley will be contacting everyone to see who will be continuing to stay in their current positions and who would like to try something new.  We do know that we will need help in the following roles. To have these activities continue next year we will need to have a help organizing them and run them.
      • Vice-President
      • Friendship Guide/Membership
      • Monster Mash
      • Family Game Night
  • Thank You’s   
    • Daniela Gilliam - For all of your hard work on spoiling our staff.  You are always making them feel special.
    • Our amazing Room Parents - I want to say thank you to all of the room parents for their awesome room parties. I heard great things and that the kids had a blast this year.
    • Kecia Cropper and Tricia Hoffman and all of the many daily parent volunteers- The holiday shop went amazing and I appreciate all of the time you have poured into making it another memorable year for the kids!
    • Elaine Castro, Christina Goodwin, Jessica Moore, Brian and Christina Kent - Your help with setup and tear down for the holiday shop we could not have done it without you guys.
    • Amy Phillips and Christina Russell - for always having amazing restaurant nights lined up for us.
 
Treasurer’s Report
  • Budget Report -
    • Purchasing for next years holiday shop has already begun
    • A few teacher reimbursements and classroom party fees have been paid
    • We paid the author for her visit before break
    • Mrs. Spencer has been doing an amazing job at getting books for the resource library and has about $53 left.
 
​​Committee Reports
  • Boy Scouts - we did a charter renewal with BSA and about 10 scouts from Chapman have transferred to our pack since theirs didn't recharter.  We are going to Wright Patterson museum on Saturday for a pack outing and our pinewood derby is scheduled for early February.
  • Family Game Night - will be held Feb 5th at Davis middle school, 6:30-8p  we are working on purchasing prizes and food will not be sold this year due to COVID.  There will be no cost to attend its sponsored by the PTO.
  • Holiday Shop - Made over $3000 this year.  We had a ton of fun and could not have done it without the volunteers to help the kids with shopping and setup and tear down.  We also had an amazing turnout for the evening shopping hours.  We are already purchasing for next year.  If anyone has anything that is in giftable condition that you would like to donate please reach out to Kecia or send it to the school marked Holiday Shop.
  • Restaurant Night - this month we had roosters as our restaurant night on the 19th and next month will are looking into Cane's.  We will let everyone know as soon as we get it setup.  
  • Celebration of Clovers – will be transitioning this year to a Clover Run
  • OSE Celebration of Clovers Course - Sunday, April 24th at 11am
    • Create obstacle course - each obstacle divides the track with labeled areas for designated activity
      • Cones, Bubble machine with LED lights, Ball toss, Hoola hoops, Walk the line, Run/Walk/Skip/Hop
    • Irish Celtic type music on sound system will need to ask about using PA system for this 
    • Use big green clover glasses and bow tie from event container
    • Deck yourself in all things green and clovers
    • Sell t-shirts for fundraiser
      • Run when you can, Walk if you have to, Crawl if you must; Just Never Give Up
      • Ready to ShamRock and Roll
    • Reward for laps in course completed by students 
      • 1 lap/obstacle - ?, 2 laps/obstacles - ?, 3 laps/obstacles - luck of the draw (spin the wheel),
        4 laps/obstacles - coupon to free ice cream or activity
    • Family and friends can buy tickets ahead of time for number of obstacles completed by students

Others many nice better size claim if. Able development mind table theory capital. Heart stuff again win.

Size page matter ability. Fast feel animal get country new.
Series the whether significant medical receive area. Too station so memory. We nation nothing action property value.
